Did they change the matriarchal bow???

Its standard attack speed just says
Bow class - fast attack speed

(Not - very fast attack speed)
Like it is everywhere online that I look.

Im making bows right now for my bow zon

I made 3 different bows using matriarchal bow as the base...
The bows all started with just
Bow class - fast attack speed

But after putting the runes in it.

Only the 2 runewords with built in IAS
(Both have built in 20% ias
Have changed it
Bow class now says - very fast attack speed but in blue...
For these two
• mist
• ice


I made faith...
And uhhh
And its only says -
bow class - fast attack speed.
Not very fast attack speed....


I've looked all over online and every faith I see in matriarchal bows says very fast attack speed
As well as just the base matriarchal bows all say very fast attack speed...

Did they change the attack speed of matriarchal bows?
Tf is going on here

It says "Fast Attack Speed" when viewing it on a character that is not an Amazon.

It says "Very Fast Attack Speed" when viewing it as an amazon.

So i'm guessing the Faith is being seen on a different character?

Fast and very fast is character specific and largely irrelevant. Even the fastest claw base says very slow on a character that isn't an assassin iirc.

Still -10 for Mat

Ohhh you know what I think is going on here???

I think they have visually changed the attack speed on items depending on your IAS...

That would explain why the 2 bows with IAS say very fast.
And also
Why it says very fast attack speed when equip to a character that probably has additional sources of IAS

Maybe as you hit IAS breakpoints???
Maybe then it visually changes the weapons attack speed
Because its in blue where it says it

Yeah, it's the Blue text.

Ice and Mist have IAS, which increases the weapons visual. It works the same with all weapons that have IAS either from it's stats or jewels.

I don't think other sources of IAS work for this though.

Faith in a Mat Bow will view as "Very Fast Attack Speed" on an amazon either way.

as Swirl said, it's just a visual thing and irrelevant anyways, the base itself isn't changing. Class only items have different visual things to them when viewed on the wrong classes
