i just get frozen fries from supermarket and put them into fryer
add a fricandel

peanut sauce and unions and mayo
or Limburgs zuurvlees

Also you just went from saying cutting your own fresh potatoes for fries is better than fastfood fries, but then go to say you use frozen fries. So which is it, fresh or frozen?

Fresh taste best, even better then restaurants, but you must bake them twice
