I'm not assuming anything. I'm literally going based off of your picture. Your hairs are so wild and everywhere. It looks completely unkept. That's why I mentioned cleaning and brushing it.

Also this might be an unpopular opinion, I honestly don't know, but I think it's weird to have someone else work on your beard. I feel like every man should be able to take care of their own. It's not that hard.
