Cooking professionally this afternoon

Would you consider a cucumber a fruit or a vegetable because I always see mixed things online.

Fruit. I treat cukes as their own entity generally.

I realize yall dont pickle yours because you like the girth. I prefer pickles myself though.

I also use mine as food. I realize that isnt yalls case. To each their own

Yeah see that's what I find online is that they're classified as being a fruit but when using them in cooking they identify as a vegetable. 2026 is wild.

I started in culinary in college then realized I wanted to make more money.
