I want to kill faster any solution?
I have try 2x grief its better on boss but not monster

( how much ar i need on frenzy or ww? Ias break point?)

I think it depends on the content you wanna focus on, i have a similar barbarian and i use WW for travincal runs.

Barb is not really good at pvm except elite sniping and ubers.

Anyway, 2x grief, LoH, SoE and gface would be my first moves.

I just want hit 99 first time with barb and clearing p8 but look impossible ahhah

How much ar you have? I think you need 12k plus

And yes 2 griefs are better for ww

10k and 11k i have put grief left hand now itd faster in think now i got the ias off the grief and dam from ebotd

Frenzy is too slow for general pvm imo. I use ww but I have a point in frenzy for phys immune monsters.

Check a brawler barb. All around good at everything (for a barb)

Frenzy are physic to... i need bezerk

frenzy sucks really hard, don't use it.

replace botd by a 2nd grief, it's better no matter what you think
both of your grief PBs should have as close as 400dmg as you can afford, any ias is fine you already have too much

replace dungo by SoE

replace dracs by LoH

replace arreat by Guillaume

replace BK by a rare/craft ring that has mana leech (cuz you need it somewhere) with some bonuses like ar/str/dex/fcr/LL/res

replace merc by a2 might Reaper

You can use 2x Wiz on swap to tele (reaching 105fcr if you have 10fcr on ring)

if you want to upgrade your build after that, you need a good inventory of +max/ar/life charms
