99% of anime is garbage. And jjk is no exception to that. Especially shonen anime is bad.
Manga is 10000x better medium to experience these stories in.

Anyways, I couldn't imagine being an anime-only... Being like 6+ years behind in content and then you have random people able to spoil it for you. Yeah, no thanks. That's why anime will always be inferior to manga...

I've heard that the culling games part 1 in jjk that came out recently (4+ years behind lol) made a lot of people upset. Good... Stop watching jjk anime and read the manga instead. You'll thank me.

The only advantage that reading manga has over a good anime adaption is that it comes out earlier and nerds spamming spoilers online isn't as much of an issue. Can't see manga being better in any other way

It's just pictures and speech + narrator text, which all ends up in the anime anyway. Not sure why you wouldn't want animation, voice acting, SFX, and music on top of that, especially for series with lots of action

That's for good adaptations though, obviously if the anime is low budget trash with near zero care put into it like post-season 1 opm then the manga would be a better experience

Cuz in like 99% of cases they pick the shittiest voice actors imaginable and use generic music and also extend scenes for stuff that takes two panels for shit that didn't need to be extended.

I read the manga because I don't want to watch something that takes 22 minutes vs something I can read in 2.

If you're watching dubs then that's self-inflicted. The original VAs I usually don't mind, maybe it would be different if I actually spoke Japanese though idk

Pacing is an issue for weekly release anime, but that's becoming less common now, even one piece is changing to a seasonal release schedule

I enjoy the music in a lot of anime, so agree to disagree on that I guess

I don't watch dubs, I don't watch almost any anime, but when I do it's never dubs.

Pacing is an issue in manga too, it doesn't need to be extended by turning 1 chapter into 1 episode or even 2 chapters. A single episode of anime should be 4-5 chapters minimum, but at max it's usually 2-3 and sometimes even 1.

There is too much good content out there and I can't experience it all if I'm watching it at slow speeds versus just reading it.
