They have the best str|dex ratio, at least.
I'm not sure if they can shine for any other mod, maybe.

I think only sharp lc of vita are worth keeping

Give them skills like +1 blessed hammers ( paladin only)

Str-Dex/Mana they are #1.

Small case use but still hardly “useless”
I almost exclusively keep my lc’s for pvm

str & dex for sure, but GCs can grant higher mana per slot.
But yeah, if you desperatly need LCs for stats, you can still get as much mana as 2 SCs, unfortunately not the case for life =[
I'm like you, i tend to keep only the ones with +5 to str|dex, if the prefix is decent.
