for a good rare boots, 3 kinds and high resist is the best choice. also FRW, FHR, some dex, mf, gold find, HFD, PLR can raise its value.

this one has 2 kinds but popular resist: light and fire, and it's high. but beside these, there's almost nothing highlighted. many will care FRW because it's boots, for walking and running.

it worth something. but it'd better self use, or trade with a small amount of fg, like 10fg some kind. above also explains this one is a temporary one to use.
