Hello, I am trying to figure out where I went wrong with my smiter build to defeat ubers.
I followed the MaxRoll "Standard" build.
My gear is Grief, CoH, HoZ, Ravenfrost, Wisp Protector, Metalgrid, Dracs, Tgod, Goblin Toe, Guiliames face.
I have a torch, anni, 6 Pcomb gc. Rest of my inventory is filled out with random Life or defence charms.

My off hand is a CTA and a spirit.
My life is 2350.

Mephisto basically one shot me.

Where can I improve without moving to the high investment build?

Is this for PvM? Ubers?

For Ubers

You should be easily clearing Ubers. What armor ? Try putting 20 points into lite resist for a passive +10 res putting you at 85.

Your gear is more than enough. Though dracs isn't reliable enough imo.

Easy fix.

1) shop a life tap wand from a vendor, a wand with life tap charges.
2) make sure you lookup guide on how to lure each Uber 1 by 1, don't just run into them 1v3 until you're used to farming them
3) get a treachery armor and stand in fire next to River of Flame waypoint and proc fade, then replace it with whatever armor you wear normally after fade is proc'd.
4) learn how to lure Mephisto first and cast life tap so you don't need to worry about your dracs waiting to proc.
5) smite him down
6) lure baal next
7) smite him down
8) diablo is free and no brainer.

well he can always do that you just have to kill him really fast
alternatively theres a way to cancel his conV with a friendly hi level conV (merc infinity not good enough)

edit: but yes like emilia said fight them one at a time

Okay cool. I will learn to proc treachery. Can I proc it and then just swap back to CoH?

It truly is a skill issue. No troll. Watch some videos on people clearing.

So I dont have a merc. I was reading its impossible to keep them alive and they may accidentally pull another uber.
