it works in helms and shields if the item has innate ed on it though, right?

Wrong. It doesnt affer the on-weapon mods, but it still doesnt work

It never does. The ed% is not working. I personally dont mind tho. Still using it in my helm. I wont start using a Unique weapon just because of this*lol
