This is what drowning in grief and despair looks like. My mom died. My gf died. My cats died. I got into a bad accident. Lost my pinky toe. My dog died. My kitten died. There is too much to name. Got into a car accident. The list just goes on. You can see the difference between this and before all this happened ..I was crying pretty hard before the pic so my eyes are puffy and inflamed

I genuinely hope the best for you. Clearly can't say I understand what you're going through but one step at a time and finding things that bring you pleasure again help.

Thank you...I'm trying so hard....I'm even religious now. I pray everyday things get better

It's really just about finding the things good for your spirit and your mind, if that's religion - great!

There are likely grief groups in your area too if you ever decide to go that route, sometimes being around people who can at least somewhat relate helps

I wasn't sure if I should have posted it or not...but I need help and advice...and all advice points to a facility that cann help me through through this. Never thought it would happen to me..and so suddenly..I know you guy wouldn't judge me. Thank you for thatm I don't have any family so I've been on my own dealing with this

You do and theres no shame or judgement in it. I have the heart of a 90 year old man after a lifetime of repressed everything. Wed all love to think we have it under control but thats just not reality. Sometimes shits just bigger than us alone and thats okay. Do whats best for you and in the meantime you got us around here if you need
