You found a berserker axe with 20 fcr? Might want to leave it unsocketed and sell as a bugged item, because you've hit gold.

If you meant ias... Then just use literally any runeword and you will do more damage.

If you meant a circlet, then depends on your other gear.

if pvm, you play zerk to hork, so you don't want to shatter corpses, but you still want CbF, so 1 of those 2 sockets = cham
the 2nd os is probably a protector jewel if RotW, or Lem/Ist/Ber/ed jewel if LoD

depends on what you want to accomplish. More resists, Damage reduction, life.
If your resists are capped, 2x prubies are cheap and really good bonuses.

heck, you could go for 2x ptopazes or even 2x Lem runes.

Eni, 2barb 3war cry 2sox helm for 2x perf sapphir
2/10 amu, arach, 2x soj, frostburn (30 fcr = overall 105fcr)

I like to use 20ias 10cb 40mana gloves so i can use zerk on swap to kill immunes (beast is usually pretty nice, or death + beast offhand)
But thats up to personal preference

when using death CB bis imo is coa with 2 15/40s
