I am happy to give some advice.
Here's how I manage my bank tabs, the most recent junk I deal with goes in the first tab, Originally I just put gold in this tab, as I organized the next few tabs to have a working theme for each, then the further you get out from utility the tabs return to junk that needs to be managed or forgotten about as you are not really sure what the original intent of the new tab was.
I recommend not unlocking potion storage.

You only need a few 4-5 organized tabs and whatever other tabs are gonna turn to junk anyways and be re-arranged at the top depending on whatever skilling grind you are messing with at the time.
