i have a fine enchant sorc that i use to buff myself. but it feels weak.
do u need GG items for it to be good or?

Budget Setup:

You need Piercing: Demon Machine + Razortail
You need Attack Speed: Demon Machine
You need AoE: Demon Machine

Combine it with Flickering Flame and Magefists and you should be fine

Just the basics really. Flickering flame, 15% enchant ormus, 9x fire gcs, some kind of 3mastery 3 enchant buff staff. None of it’s super expensive.

i know i need SOJ / BK . SKillers. and helm and arachn but can i feel a big diff if i buy them?

What do you mean by afk sorc? One just to buff another characters?
I can show you the max damage you can reach with enchant in old d2, in rotw the new jewels allow to boost the dmg 5% more.

i have 2 pc so i have an enchant sorc and Bobarb to fill my game so i wanted to see how much it can buff my warlock or sorc

It increased fire damage by approximately 2.5k. While it did increase fire damage, it also helps with teleportation. I've allocated about 28 skill points to it.
