Unfortunately it’s charsi

No fools mod on it and it’s lacking about 120 ed to make it a viable cruel axe

And even if it was a viable cruel axe , ebotdz exists which makes it obsolete

Heck even if it was eth rep wirh 440ed +, ebotdz would be better

A good rare weapon needs several (at least 4~5 imo) of: 2 sockets + ethereal + self-repair + % cast amp damage + 40ias + 300 ed + fools

it has only 3 of those mods, probably not even worth walking over to Charsi better luck next time!
