your looking for:

20ed 13max or better at this level (this is a 3 mod jewel)
or
20ed 8min (this is a 3 mod jewel)

20ed 4-14 is total perfect (this is a 4 mod jewel)

lvl 9 players have been known to spend 75,000fg on a jewel. a very elite bracket it has to be said, so when you find a gg jewel its like winning the lottery.

the 4th mod is ideally min damage or AR.
