Why did you try to face tank a herald of terror? Then again that is some massive hp but I haven't really tested how hard they hit. I just know people were talking about one shots from day 1 so i've had my pet block them everytime. The ranged heralds scare the crap out of me since I run around on hc with no cta and no bo loader account although if you take those projectile from the ranged version you'll probably die either way.

At 2 sunders so far from all the t5 heralds but the closest I've come to death was herald pack on the other side of a sliding door in tombs and they were all ghosts with extra fast. That was a heart attack of an experience, but also what makes hc great just getting those adrenaline spikes. The ghost thing did make me miss my bloodboil spec early on in the season to just detonate packs through the walls which always made me chuckle.

t5 heralds in hc with no block i would never

beetles are dangerous man. they got the stun bug and they know jab which nearly 5x's their damage when they use it. that blue beetle's jab messed you up. i'm still very interested to know what the strongest heralds are. i'd bet a beetle is up there near the top ranks. i have a bunch of clips of me dying on a 4k-6k hp barb in softcore, but i haven't gone through them yet to try to learn from them
