my sources say 8 hours as mandated by flordia. source also says it might of been medical related. "spending the night" doesnt necessarily mean night but people usually get arrested for dui at night so its usually the night in jail

if it was a bullchit arrest he didnt stay in a cell he might of hung out in the cop office
