Less than 100 grams of carbs....
Lazy keto is less than 20g
Went on keto for a year, aimed for 0-5g carbs.
Meat, broccoli, cheese were the staples.
100g of carbs a day is too many no matter what lol, unless you're using them.
Get some piss keto strips, pee on em, eat 0-5g of carbs a day.
Stay in ketosis, burn fat, lose weight.
Make sure you take care of mouth too, keto makes your breath smell like dead anus.
Or do the easy route, calorie deficit and walk/lift
