Hello GC,

Lost 20ish pounds right away with Keto. To keep the ability to keep dieting I'm restricting my carbs to less than 100 grams a day and keeping a calorie deficit. Anyone practiced with this type of diet and has good easy meals/types of carbs for noodles, buns, breads that are good?

That 20lbs you lost wasn't all fat, you lose weight fast at first from depleted glycogen stored in your muscles. Keto isn't recommended if your goal is weight loss, just restrict calories and start weightlifting as well as other forms of exercise

Most diets just revolve around reducing calorie intake by restricting things you would normally eat. Do whatever works for you and remain at a deficit and you will lose weight

Sure therapy is great, but have you tried listening to Dad Rock and lifting 2.5x your body weight?

Less than 100 grams of carbs....
Lazy keto is less than 20g
Went on keto for a year, aimed for 0-5g carbs.

Meat, broccoli, cheese were the staples.
100g of carbs a day is too many no matter what lol, unless you're using them.
Get some piss keto strips, pee on em, eat 0-5g of carbs a day.
Stay in ketosis, burn fat, lose weight.
Make sure you take care of mouth too, keto makes your breath smell like dead anus.


Or do the easy route, calorie deficit and walk/lift

but in search of easy to prepare food



Just make your own food
and stop eating the kapital chemicaly proccesed crap
