Have a week in Manhattan, what are some unique things to do around the city?

Get a chili cheese dog from a hot dog cart. The park is pretty nice. I don't think toys r us is there anymore so no indoor Ferris wheel sadly

I'm thinking about just focusing in on making it a food tour and seeing how much i can put down in a week. I've done a lot of the "NYC" things before like times square and statue of liberty, and a lot of other really touristy stuff. I thought about renting an e-bike and trying my hand at NYC traffic on it might be fun, but i might also get myself killed.

My only unsolicited advice is while walking around, do not stop on the part of sidewalk that is mostly for walking. Move to the side as people literally are depending on others walking fast and with knowledge of where they are going. If you are walking like a tourist, people will bump into you and it's not them being rude. They all have a walking rhythm and can predict each other's steps. It's kind a freaky. Like a microcosm of sorts. Have fun. Enjoy the pizza, the crazy energy of the city, and the incredible dog walkers who have like 6 to 9 dogs all leashed around them. They are like the wizards of dogs.
