What character are you playing? Maybe just buying a life tap wand from Malah can help you a lot.

Demon Warlock. I have a Life Tap Wand and overall good gear. But my Demons don't get through the massive heal. And the Merc dies instantly. with forti etc.

Do 50-60k dmg exho warlocks have success in Ubers?
