Should I max oak sage or hearth of wolverine or should I max another skill instead?

not planning to use it for ubers

Both die all the time, oak is druid's version of bo and how his version of fana aura. You usually have enough life as it is. More damage is prefrable.

anyway maxed werewoldf, lycan and fury. idl if I should max another skill before HoW or not.
