Skill issue for sure

I feel bad for op … found the rarest item in game then gets hit with a rare bug that didnt count it… brutal

im easily at 20+ templars over the last 20 years and still no tyreals...

Maybe if he tried to ID it in the game with everybody else instead of stashing it to do it later on his own he would be worthy of sympathy. Instead, he's worthy of mockery.

Happens. He's not the first this has happened to and won't the the last.

this is my first tyrael's but i think i'm only at 8 viable sacred armors as i don't farm w/ high mf much until this ladder

chronicle seems to be shared between ladder and nonladder, so did you already find a tyreals during the week we had access to rotw before the ladder started?

ur best bet is actually posting on the official blizzard forum bug report section.

But odds are if they arent doing any immediate updates , u prolly out of luck ...FOR NOW. (remember their main focus right now is an April 28th expansion launch for Diablo 4 ...) so 99.999999% of their man power/resources is goin there currently

i didn't. i only played single player hc because i forgot the grail feature got added and i was just waiting until ladder to play multiplayer. i've heard a bunch of different ideas on why this happened. that ones not it for sure though



blizz support already responded actually. it sounds like i'm screwed, but u know how it is, gotta respond back at least 1 extra time just in case.
