- lvl 30 holy shock (dream + dream)
- -150% all res (self convinction)
- -35% light res if running crescent moon over than grief

HOLY SHOCKER
- replacing helm with gg griffon socketed with Guardian's Thunder
- replacing shield with anything that gives skills, good old spirit would works. Zaka is fine too with a single rbf

- lvl 42 holy shock (20 hard points + torch + anni + 7 offensive skiller + soj + soj + enigma + arach + griffon + spirit + amu (3 offensive)
- -85% all res (infinity merc)
- -35% crescent moon
- -30% Griffon + Guardian's Thunder
- +25% Griffon + Guardian's Thunder


the difference in penality in res between the 2 builds is very little but we get a bigger aura.

am I missing something?

self-shock works well as a foh hybrid. replace crescent moon with a +3 foh +3 holy shock 5x rbf wep, and make sure to use a 4x facet shield

the dream build has meh damage, slow fcr but is safe and versatile.

Good old zaka over than jmod or similar will give a solid +4 to foh and +2 holy shock. I think its not too bad.
Cant imagine the price of a scepter that you described.

not too bad. I bought a 3 hs 2 foh scepter for a couple ists last time I played this. and you don't need some xmod shield either, a plain high res ST will be fine. all in all it shouldnt cost more than a dreamer

I don't think I'd take a hybrid self shock build over a dreamer without those core items



still works like that but a good self-shock build still outdamages it by a lot, especially vs high res mobs

not sure if blizzard fixed it

iirc, dual dream will make the holy shock hit twice on mobs cause they are from 2 diff piece of gear which make it more powerful compared to self run holy shock

x2 dream:

build doesn't need to have a merc for conviction

the confuse procs are under-rated crowd control, especially against large ranged packs

you don't have to have any charms


If I had to run a merc and have an inv full of charms I probably wouldn't play it, and the confuse procs still make me smile

Self shock has much higher zeal while dream has higher pulse. Dream better for p1. Self shock way better for higher player count

You can easily find a slot for cbf. Replace rbf with a cham or 1 ravenfrost intead of soj. Its not the end of the world.

Also, I cannot get the problem to have inv full of charms. You always can keep 4 slot for the cube.

Holy shock aka tesladin is a lot stronger
