Found tyrael's might... didn't count for chronicle

wtf... what do i do? this is the first time an item didn't count when i id'd it

Yup has happened 3 times for me with really rare uniques...

Let me guess. You found it, picked it up and realized you didn't have enough room, dropped something from the cube to make room, then picked it up and identified, right?

You didn't put directly in inventory. You picked up on cursor first and then into cube. Still a bug. The "picking up onto cursor" and then into inventory is the bugged part.

Item will never bug if you just click directly into inventory with open spaces.

Ok so pick it up with cursor into inventory is ok for chronicle, but pick it up from ground with cursor into the Cube Will Bug it?

Not always, but yes it can happen. If you want to be completely safe and not worry about losing credit–just leave open spaces in the inventory.

I've seen this same glitch happen to multiple people and in every single case, they've opened their inventory to put the item on the cursor and put it directly in their inventory or directly in their cube. If you avoid putting the item on the cursor it will be fine.

has anyone successfully gotten blizz support to fix something like this? i have all the footage from drop to id.

there's no shot i'm farming another 2000 hours to get a second one... i guess i probably have like a 1% or 2% chance to get another while i'm finding entropy locket, but wtf...
