What's the maximum life that can roll on a grand charm that "drops"?

Over the years I was led to believe it was 40 - at least with Legacy.

I was mf'ing tonight and a gc popped out of a chest. I ID'd it and it rolled 41 Life 49 Mana Lvl 83 req.

Some things to note:
Found at Jail Level 3
Act 1 is TZ'd.
I'm Lvl 89. Zone is Lvl 91.

So...did blizz make D2R allow greater than 40 life on gc's to drop? Or is it TZ specific?

Anni and Torch can roll +20 attributes = +20 vitality

Grand Charms can roll +100 life with portal Barb glitch

Portal Barb changed the meta physics of the game.

45 has always been the maximum. But before TZ they could only drop from Diablo, Nihlathak and Baal. As they were previously the only monsters above level 89.
With TZ they are much more common.

That explains a lot. I didn't pay attention the mlvl's prior. Makes sense that they drop everywhere since TZ's scale with level until 96.
