I'm 180lb 5'9 ive got a bit of a gut, I am prior military and used to be in great shape. I've gotten super lazy and want to get shredded by the end of the year, ive been intermittent fasting and just normal fasting as long as I can.
I don't have a set meal plan I just eat chicken and green beans or salmon and green beans one meal per day. I try to hit 120g of protein and kind of "reset" my body.
Just 3 days in I can already feel less bloated. I feel generally better but I know im most likely not getting enough sustenance.
Working out is tough for me as I've genuinely become pretty lazy with it so I figure I'd just start with walking alot more.
