did not weight myself in aprox 3years

used to ultra skinny 66.6kg until my 40ties

multiply bye 2.2 to get pounds
divide bye 6.35 to get stones

Haven’t weighed myself in years but I haven’t changed much. I don’t change much, ever. Usually around 150-160. Probably closer to 150 because my 15+ year old jeans are kinda too loose atm.
