In my view, people who refuse to question their fixed beliefs and react emotionally instead of engaging in discussions are not thinking rationally.

I should probably question my own thinking as well, but when this happens in a conversation, my mind tends to shut down and I start to place you in a category where I end up doubting everything you say afterward.
I dont want to be that kind of person, even though i have noticed that i have slipped into it myself on occasion.

We just dont bring it up.

To be fair, Trump is pretty unstable and is without any shame while he helps only his own family, billionaires, and trillionaires.
Yet, TDS is a thing and people need to not not get sick from focusing on Trump constantly escaping being held accountable for being a child predator and for increasing the suffering of the middle & working class. It's tough seeing someone be president and be a metaphorical "demon".

Yep... I don't bring up trump but as soon as politics come up his mind goes right to trump and then next thing he's yelling and flipping out


Now I just say trump is the man and he's a genius and then I walk away

Just to piss him off more because he has mental problems

Love my dad but it's sad that he can't have an educated discussion
