Yea on a budget go for it but I think when people discus builds on here the assumption is an end game setup since if you’re on a budget you’d have to clarify how much of a budget before making a decision.

Blanket using SS because its safe is soft though and not appropriate for hyper macho video game men like myself.

But even within the “endgame” there are variations. I think many would consider things like enigma, infinity, Griffons, etc as an endgame build. But there is a world of difference between an endgame build using plain skill grand charms and that same gearing setup with +45 life skill grand charms and 20/5 small charms filling their inventory (not to mention level 55BO vs level 15 or 20 or wherever your build hits with a random CTA).

I’m not saying stormshield is the only choice. But I think it’s a reasonable choice if you’re the kind of person running the plain skiller inventory instead of option B there.

It’s desirable to teleport faster since like 50% of gameplay is teleporting and it’s boring.
