There is no such thing as too much MF, I understand why you would want to stay away from too much hustle,
But unless you 3rd char already has a role except filling like Chant sorc, making a full MF/Ultra high Find items chance Barb would still benefit, and not change anything for you gameplay wise, except you gotta lvl up a char.

Lvl up a char and equip it is what needs to be done, not only levelling it up. I see what you say, but for me there is absolutely no reason to use two barbs for this as the skill tree and almost the whole gear works for both setups. 400 mf is easily enough here. Easily.
