I took the time to google it for you. You're welcome.

Yes, in Diablo 2: Resurrected, Magic Find (MF) does influence the Find Item skill used by Barbarians. When you use Find Item on a corpse, the game runs a second loot check influenced by your MF gear, increasing the chances of the extra items being Magic, Rare, Set, or Unique.

How it works: When Find Item is used, it acts similarly to a monster kill, performing checks in this order: Unique, Set, Rare, then Magic.
Best Strategy: It is highly effective to have high MF gear on a Barbarian to maximize loot from killing a boss and then using Find Item on their body.
Limitations: MF does not increase the number of items found, only their quality, and it does not affect Rune drops.
Diminishing Returns: While helpful, keep in mind that high amounts of MF (e.g., above 300–400%) have diminishing returns, as noted in this Blizzard Forums post.

Hii

Yes, Hork is influenced by mf and gf. Its not influenced by player count tho. All Horks count as if you were in a full P8 game. Thats why a Trav Horker usually plays P1 or P3 and only rarely above that.

No one knows. This is still a mystery since the game is still so new

Google is wrong half the time. According to Google, you can also make an Insight in a stalagmite staff.

Yes, you can make the Insight runeword in a Stalagmite in Diablo II: Resurrected.
Here are the details for making it:
Base Item: A 4-socket Stalagmite (a type of Long Staff)...
