75 is much better if you enjoy having bad characters

With 50 DR/max block and 20 hard points into blood oath you'll still encounter some really deadly T5 heralds in a P7/8 T96 game. If you're playing hardcore you can decide if teleporting 10% faster is worth it (and losing time to teleport/position more safely)

You can still get to 125 with stormshield easily enough though if you really want by using Obsession - i'm HCSSF so I haven't been lucky enough to craft a GG lock amulet or 3/20 2os circlet, access to those changes your options. If I want 125 I do it this way :

Obsession - 65
Trangs - 20
Arachnid Mesh - 20
2X 10FCR with LL/res rings - 20

Echoing Strike is also FCR based. 125 FCR gives you 11% more DPS, Killspeed & Teleport

125 for both pvp and pvm

Thats the truth. People drool over 125, but if you test it, you will have a pretty hard time noticing it even. As some said, looks like if you do the math its 11% faster kill speed and teleport. 11%. Compared to what benefit is always the question.

If you play a lot, then 125 fcr is definitely worth it. If you dont, then being 11% slower might not be that big of a deal if it means your survivability is 30% higher. Yes, your daily 60 minute HC session might be a 67 minute session now, but at least you survive it.

Yes better to be safe on squishy warlock class. Much hard to live otherwise
