1/10 implies that it registers as a trophy item, the standard has been set high already with 23/15/59 blood ring etc

Yes they do. Some are still waiting for safety/knowledge before converting their trophy items to RotW though.

The standards: (Standard of heroes)

No missing or wasted mods (your jewelry)
No low rolls (your jewelry)
No less than ideal stat combos (your jewelry)
No thread full of people rating 1/10 or less (your jewelry)
No common dupe x 3 (hmu for dupe x 3)
No Charsi item (I'd Charsi at least 3 x of those)
No hero editor/single player items
No unperm
No unique items unless fused or pre patch/uncommon zbug
No magic unless Knights JSTOC/JKSOC
No good for league items unless the league actually exists (your jewelry)
Hacked/bugged items welcome unless common dupe x 3 minimum

As you can see the items clearly do not belong in the trophy cabinet.
