I've been doing full act tz pubs for people since about the launch and ive noticed that when ever i pop the shards before people join there are low chance of heralds spawning or hardly any spawn, and if i wait til the game fills p8 then pop the shards i get tons of heralds, its pretty consistent too

has anyone else had this experience?

I have noticed having trouble to get Heralds when going 30 min TZ area and once I shard getting a lot.
But since it is RNG 2% ire and I have low sample size, this could just be RNG doing its thing.

well i understand the 2% thing, but yeah whenever i pop before people join and fill the game, i get like 2-3 heralds in a 1hr game, with 7 people clearing consistently,

whereas if i wait for them to fill 8player then pop, i get like 15-20 heralds during that 1hr

good to know tho.

i once got 3 heralds to spawn at same time, it were one of my first games where i had heralds.
i thought it is common to get multiples, i have gotten maybe once two of them, in like minute or so.
