Decided to give barb a try for the first time.
Got my hands on etherial dreadfang.

Could you please advise, maybe somewhere here already was this discussion on what to build frenzy barb in season 13?

Still dual grief is the best and will prob ever be the best
If you want more 'cheap' option then dreadfang might be really cool yeah, pair it with hustle or crescent moon or oath

But end gear is dual grief pb

so amp damage is not > offhand grief?

Amp on merc imo
Or use eth reaper

Maximize your damage
Maybe for p8 dreadfang might be worth it to have 100% amp all the time cause you prob dont have enigma so merc might stay behind

Dreadfang on act5 merc works. Not super good its decent
