Definitely the Chaos skills, sigils are all one point wonders. Nothing in Eldritch. With plus skills, you should be able to get to around 20 on all demon skills, I dump the rest into Blood Oath for safety.

Psychic ward seems to be a lil underpowered compared to bone armor, am I right!?

I haven't seen much benefit from PW across various warlocks. Blood Oath makes a really evident difference in survivability. For me, Blood Oath as high as possible and 2xDefilers are basically mandatory regardless of build.
