They definitely spawn.
It's just the odds are just not in your favor.
The amount of bots today versus in d2 lod are significantly less.
However, we have tz now and you can definitely find/craft some solid items.

Oh thanks for letting me know, I don’t bot nor hack and I’m a 98 warlock on hardcore, I’ve solod Ubers ancs and uber trist and am well aware of tz or I wouldn’t be such a giga high level. But yeah you have your opinions I have mine, which is , trophies, do, not, spawn, ever. Period.
