Just switched my well geared light sorc to an infinity holding es nova sorc. Im a career Java/ Hdin player so this is my first nova sorc. Im level 91 with lots of light skillers and solid gear but can only manage to get telekinesis to 35 and ES to 28 ao my absorb is 83% and I'm quite squishy. What am I missing here? Memory staff? I have CTA / Spirit on switch. Do I skill a bit differently to max both telekinesis and energy shield first?

What gear are you using and what build? You have some skill points misplaced.

maras -> 3/10 light fcr ammy

spirit swap -> lidless or splendor*(155 STR???)

if it were me i'd drop gheeds

merc fort -> coh

the only res that should matter with 95% es is poison and even that can be negative now that cure exists

when you respec, go 100% energy

I did str / dex to wear gear and 100% rest into energy. But swapping to a lower str shield makes sense.

Memory staff? Worth?

all you need is 50str (arach) and that can be done with torch + anni (+ amu if need more str), will make you less squishy =)

I also use magefist. I've seen folks mention frostburns?
