2013-2015 Iran consistently denied all the negotiations with the Obama administration, Khomeini actually banned communication with them.
But this was just posturing, negotiations over this time led to Iran signing JCPOA.

- Led to JCPOA, which TRUMP PULLED OUT OF AND THEN BITCHED ABOUT THEM having nuclear capabilities
Anyways, today's claim by TRUMP was all a scam and fraud to boost markets. Iran has denied talks, and even ISRAEL has denied that talks are in process.
So which is it? Who did trump supposedly talk to that he is refusing to name? Hilarious you talk about Iran not being transparent when our own president lies out of his ass every single day.
