I'm using 4x4 tp scrolls in belt with 0 frame casts

the thing is u dont use portal scrolls, just spam the skill that the sling ring gives u to open portals then i supose the fcr will matter as count as casting a skill

it works for the whole game, imo it just works best in open areas due to the bportal radius reaching more total usable terrain to pop mobs

i want to try this for funs so the main thing for make it work is 2 slings+ 200fcr and all mf u can wear right?
