fyi we know from LOD and duping that the item stats are generated and set when the item drops - ID just reveals the stats

unids duped and then ID'd had exact same stats

People are confused. Yes, he's always been by Quel-Kock, but on battle.net ONLY after 1.13 Cain was moved to between the stash and waypoint.

People who tell you otherwise either quit before 1.13, or only played single player.
