Hey - not sure what your original post was but if it was for your signature being over 70kb I processed a resize for you that is within the requirements.
I did have to scale it down slightly, but you are welcome to use it.

i have the avatar made but would like if it could be animated like my signature.

i have the signature made and in gif format but i cant seem to get it to display on jsp.

You are having trouble posting it because it was uploaded as a video file and not an image. If you can save it as a .gif and upload it to imgur, I can play around with it in photoshop to try and get it sized appropriately for a sig/ava.
