Whats going on D2 fans.

So I haven't playred since season 1 or so of d2r but i noticed i never see some items anymore and was just wondering if they were A) removed or nerfed to the ground C) unlucky bruh.

All res sc - Lv 93 currently and have yet to see a single one of these
