Technicly the highest possible echoing strike damage is eth +4 ariocs with the new jewel in it ans phoenix monarch.

Realisticly fort eth tmaul and ars dul mephisto is alot more user friendly and kills only marginally slower


Even more ridiculous is warlock dull set with an insight does more dmg per hit than many other setups due to the ED on the set and covers your resistances better.

Es is so strong the last option with a cursed fanat hephasto to more than quadruple your dmg is enough to make every other non warlock build basicly obsolete. No teleport though. Once you have enigma is when its wortg messing with the other builds.
