I have the same option of Ancient Tunnels

Not much reason to use pits since the addition of TZs, its got about the same density and elites as other average areas, it just stuck out pre-TZ because it was level 85.
There are areas that are far more dense and drop far more items with more frequent packs while terrorized, namely tals tomb, flayer jungle, and most of the rest of act 2 and act 3
