The rumor spread, reached D2 devs, and devs decided to create a cow level in D2.

Imagine if same happened with portal barb, and devs implement it as a valid build in the next big update

correct. it's not just get 200 fcr and spam portal. thats just gonna recast town portal over and over. the bportal glitch is what allows the interaction with monsters.

You have to set up the b glitch in advance, otherwise you’ll just be randomly spamming town portal like a buffoon while cows are whaling away at you
