Yes but that's what I mean. Now you can't get up to level 4-5 herald unless you're doing 4 or 5 acts in a single game. Heralds were plentiful earlier I agree

I would run act 1 and 2 and get 10 solo, acts don't matter, its more how many elites spawn in a game, sometimes you're on the lower end, what I typically do before I spawn a shard is run whatever tz is active, if nothing spawns, I remake, if i get at least 2 ires in that zone, i stay, and generally it spawns a bunch, but it seems like there's none spawning lately.

I have never managed to get more than 2 an act since rotw released but I am a statistical outlier with how unlucky I am. One time I lost 27 coin flips in a row which is like a 1:130million chance
