Yes, it's actually best in slot for the Melee Zeal vs Lilith PvM Sorceress. Has all the stuff you need. +2 sorceress skill, life steal (for stealing life from Lilith), poison resistance, bone spirit charges. You couldn't ask for better if you wanted to.
